Store Policies

Cinda’s Botanical Blends guarantees your satisfaction.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order (excluding samples, clearance, and sales items), we will return the full price with a store credit towards your next purchase. Products must be unopened and unused, in its original state and returned within 14 days. Shipping and Handling are non-refundable. Otherwise, all sales are final. 

How to order products from Cinda’s Botanical Blends

1. Online with our secure check-out: 

To place an order on our secure online website, just click on Shop link, browse, click on the items, and then click ADD TO CART button. When you are ready to checkout, just click on the shopping cart and follow the prompts. We use Square to complete online payments. 

 All orders are shipped within 2-5 days. 

 

 2. Call Us: 

If you do not want to place an order online, please call us. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER, debit cards, or mail us a MONEY ORDER. 618-997-4099.

 

Shipping Information and Cost (US Orders Only)

 

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday business days (unless a holiday) after we receive them. Sometimes we get a little backed up if it’s a holiday, vacation, delayed, or out of stock items, In this case, we will email you in regards to your order status.  Once orders are shipped, they can not be cancelled.

USA Shipping Rates USPS Mail: Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart area based on your billing zip code.

Return Policy, Error or Missing Items

Return Policy

Products must be unopened and unused, in its original state and returned within 14 days. Shipping and Handling are non-refundable. Otherwise, all sales are final. 

Please contact us about your concern and receive an authorization to ship the products back. Products must be unopened and unused, in its original state and returned within 14 days. You must pay to ship the item back which is non-refundable and ensure the items for the value amount. Once the item(s) are received back at Cinda’s Botanical Blends, we will email you a code to use towards your next purchase on the items you returned. We only issue a refund for the purchase price.  If you used a coupon code for your original purchase, you will only receive the amount paid, after the coupon was applied.

Items are Damaged, Leaking, and Missing Products?

If you receive a package that is damaged, leaked or missing items, please notify us within 24 hours. Please save ALL packaging so USPS can inspect the box and its content. We may request the items be shipped back to us in the same box. If your items were sent in error or incorrect, please notify us with 24 hours, in order to ship the original order ASAP.

Please file a claim with USPS and take all packing, materials, etc to your local USPS. Once a claim has been filed, Cinda’s Botanical Blends will re-ship the item(s) to you. We do not refund your money for damaged items. Items damaged will be shipped again to you.

If a package/order is refused, we will charge a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

Didn’t receive your order or order was delivered but I didn’t receive it?

If your order was shipped and delivered, but you didn’t receive it please contact us at 618-997-4099 and then USPS.

~Please give them the label/tracking number and state it was insured. You can also file a claim at your local post office.

~Once we receive a delivery confirmation showing your package has been delivered to the address given, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. You can contact consumer affairs in your local area for compensation.

~If you do receive compensation from USPS from the insured package, a check from USPS will follow. You can then reorder the products.

Returned Checks: A fee of $50 will be charged for any returned checks
